Who leads the Program?



WindEagle, Co-founder and Director of Ehama Institute, is a Lineage Keeper of an ancient body of Self Knowledge and Earth Wisdom Teachings called the Origin Teachings of the Delicate Lodge. This ancient body of Earth Wisdom offers a framework for meeting today's global challenges and continues to provide the foundation for Ehama Institute's mission to Mend the Sacred Hoop.

In 1995, WindEagle and RainbowHawk* founded Ehama Institute, a worldwide teaching center, located in Abiquiu, New Mexico, USA. For over 25 years they conducted multi-year intensive training programs with individuals, training groups, communities and organizations worldwide.  •

*RainbowHawk lived an exceptionally memorable life from December 4, 1923 to June 26, 2012.

Hope Langner

Hope is a seasoned trainer and master certified coach. Known for her heart, calm presence, and laser-sharp clarity, Hope believes that inner alignment is the path to personal, organizational and cultural change. In her personal work and as a coach and teacher, Hope has been exploring different modalities of healing that incorporate attention on body, mind and spirit. Her learning journey with the Delicate Lodge Teachings and the Beauty Way has been deep and transformative.

Hope is a senior faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), holding responsibility for the training and supervision of CTI's worldwide cadre of certification supervisors and assessors. She is also a co-founder of Soulutions Leadership and Coaching, where she offers customized program design, coaching and mentoring to business leaders and professionals in other fields who want to add coaching skills to their repertoire.

As the proud mother of two grown daughters who are blazing their own trails in the world, Hope is now embarking on the next adventure with her husband.

Elaine Jaynes

Elaine is a guide on life's journey, leading and encouraging the continuous expansion and growth of those whom she coaches or teaches. She relishes sharing those milestone moments when insight strikes, when emotions deepen, when spirit recognizes itself. She believes strongly that what we co-create in each moment, is the source of human evolution.

Elaine's own path has moved through academic and applied work in the field of Organizational Psychology, as corporate executive, as OD consultant, as curriculum developer and as leader of Co-Active Coaching and Leadership Programs. She was one of the 10 first-named Master Certified Coaches by the International Coaching Federation.

These days her most intimate exploration is into conscious elderhood, a commitment to using all of one's life experiences in contribution to humanity. She is a follower and a teacher of an earth-based wisdom tradition called the Delicate Lodge Teachings.
